1. Digital Services Delivery

  • All digital services, such as portfolio creation and sharing tools, are delivered immediately after registration or payment through your Selfolio account.


2. NFC Card Shipping

  • If your plan includes a Selfolio NFC card, the physical card will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Shipping is currently available any where in the world.


3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is [free / TZS amount].

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your card is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number.


6. Delivery Issues
